Our Team
Malloy & Associates Consulting was established in 2001 by Dr. Kim Malloy. She has a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and more than 20 years experience in Management Consulting and Executive Coaching. Although her experience is broad, her primary expertise lies in the areas of: Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, 360 Assessment, Performance Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Six Sigma.
As a consultant, Kim has led large-scale change projects and partnered with managers and executives to develop sustainable programs and solutions. She has facilitated Six Sigma and Process Improvement programs for more than 10 years with Motorola and Dean Foods, and also works with non-profit community healthcare centers and universities to improve leadership through coaching and team development. She is a Master Certified trainer in Emotional Intelligence for TalentSmart, Inc., and also facilitates EQ programs for leaders across the globe.
Kim serves as an Executive Coach worldwide, to include leadership assessment centers and 360 feedback in the US, Asia, Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle East and Africa. She also serves as a volunteer in Uganda, working onsite and remotely with school leaders to develop team and leadership skills, and works directly with sponsored children who have been orphaned due to AIDS and other disease.
She received her Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, where she also served as a visiting professor and an adjunct faculty member. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
